Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique, or QHHT, is a gentle approach created by Dolores Cannon to help people connect with a deeper part of themselves. It’s done through relaxation, guiding someone into a dreamy state of mind that feels a lot like those quiet moments just before falling asleep. In that space, the everyday noise of thoughts quiets down, and people often find they can tap into a wiser, more expansive side of their own awareness—what Dolores called the Higher Self.

A session often unfolds like a calm inner journey. With the guidance of a practitioner, you settle into relaxation and simply allow whatever rises to the surface to come forward. Sometimes that looks like vivid memories, symbols, or even what feels like scenes from another lifetime. How long is a QHHT Session?

QHHT Sessions are approximately 4-5 hours long, depending on how much time we spend on your intake.  Intake is a "get-to-know-you" session where we will talk about your childhood, your family, your relationships, career, etc., so that I will understand how to guide you during hypnotherapy.  The hypnotherapy itself takes about 2-2.5 hours in a normal session.

What is the cost of a QHHT Session?

Right now, you can book a QHHT Session for FREE!!  Why?  While I complete my Level 2 Coursework, I must have 25 practice sessions recorded to earn my Certification credentials.  I have already done many Sessions with volunteers and clientele that were deeply transformative and highly successful, and I promise that you will get the same experience you would from someone who has been practicing QHHT for years.  All students meet every requirement for being a full practitioner after they've completed Level 1 Coursework, so you will still be getting a professional experience for your Session.

Where are Sessions conducted?

Sessions are conducted in my home in Ontario, California.  I'm conveniently located in the Inland Empire off the 15 Freeway between the 91 and 60.  I'm close to Riverside, close to Orange County, and close to many cities in Los Angeles County .  I have a beautiful oasis with a comfortable day bed for your hypnotherapy and relaxing chairs for our discussions.  

What to know for the day of your Session.

Most sessions are scheduled for mid to late morning, ending in the early afternoon.  Remember that the Session will last for 4-5 hours.  Wear comfortable clothing, stretchy or loose fitting attire is perfect.  You are welcome to wear your loungewear or pajamas - whatever makes you happy!  Eat a solid breakfast and keep well hydrated.  Once your Session is over, make it a priority to get something healthy to eat so that you can re-ground yourself.  Hypnotherapy can sometimes leave us feeling a little disconnected from our environment and eating is a great way to connect back to the Earth's energy.
